Development
At ASCA, we’re proud to work together with developers, businesses, and community to make Andrew Square a great place to live, work, and play.
Developers, please use this online portal to submit your Andrew Square Development Proposal. (Portal link here)
Before you submit your completed RFI, you must read and acknowledge the ASCA Mission Statement on Development.
Proposed plans should adhere to the ASCA Mission Statement on Development – which was tailored to address quality of life issues, address climate change and resiliency, and protect our core neighborhood from displacement of our number one resource, our residents.

Beautification Committee
The ASCA Beautification Committee is dedicated to enhancing the appeal and livability of our community. Through organized clean-up efforts, planting and the addition of blossoming flowers, and more, we strive to transform Andrew Square into a picturesque haven for its residents. Our unwavering commitment to fostering a sense of pride and belonging enriches this neighborhood’s character, creating a more inviting and harmonious environment for all who call it home.
Beautification/Clean-up Events Coordinators: Moore/Starosky Family
Public Safety
ASCA is committed to the safety of our members and residents. Please join us in thanking our First Responders: Police, Fire, and EMT’s.
The 311 Constituent Service Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. We encourage all residents to report all concerns. The app instantly alerts city teams to address neighborhood issues such as: street lights out, improperly stored trash, sharp/needle sightings, rodents, and much more. The app is a game changer.
